Self-Catering Cottage

The Wild Coast Beach Cottage is situated at Mpande Bay, Wild Coast on the Eastern Coast of South Africa. The cottage is situated very close to the beach which is perfect for walks, fishing, bird watching, swimming, and even cycling. It is one of only 3 cottages at Mpande Bay.

The Wild Coast Beach Cottage can accommodate up to 20 people. 

The cottage is rented out as a whole entity. The chalets are not rented out individually. The minimum rate is R 3692-00 per day for 1-6 people. This includes the cottage at R2860-00 per day plus 4 staff members-a cook/housekeeper , an assistant housekeeper, a maintenance man/gilley and a nightwatchman at R832 per day .For more than 6 people, an additional R 280-00 per adult per day  will apply. There is no charge for children under 12 years of age. The minimum stay is 1 night .

The main area features a lounge (with fridge and dart board), a dining/games room with a table tennis table and a kitchen with 3 fridges, a chest freezer, an ice making machine and cooking facilities featuring a large gas stove, electric ovens, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, xxl airfryer ,weber, gas and charcoal braais. There is a large washing machine and also a tumbledryer ( both operated by the staff ) . The expansive deck features an undercover dining area with all the braaiing facilities and implements. The deck also features a round table that can comfortably seat at least 12 people

• The main building also features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, basin & toilet), and an enclosed verandah with 4 beds.
• The outside area features 2 en-suite wooden chalets, a rondavel, 2 outside bathrooms (shower, basin and toilet)  and a spacious wooden deck , half of which is undercover. All linen and towels are provided.

3 Standard Rooms

3 separate bedrooms are situated in the main house. 1 with queen size bed, 1 with twin beds, 1 with double bed, and 4 bunk beds. Enclosed verandah with 4 beds. 1 communal bathroom featuring a toilet, shower, and basin. All linen and towels are provided.

1 Rondawel

1 Rondawel with twin beds- sleeps 2 adults comfortably. All linen and towels are provided. Separate outside bathroom (toilet, basin, and shower) and additional bathroom (shower, toilet and basin) on the deck.
